UH System Day Photo Gallery

UH System Chancellor and UH President Jay Gogue traveled by bus to Austin on the morning of Feb. 8, leading a group of hundreds of UH System students, faculty, staff, regents, and alumni for a day-long visit with legislators. The biennial trip is sponsored by the Houston Alumni Organization and CATs (Cougar Advocates for Texas).

After arriving at the State Capitol Building, the group was recognized from the floor of the House, and then fanned out in teams to visit legislators and their staffs in their offices. View UH Today's and The Daily Cougar's coverage of the visit.
