UH System Strategic Planning Process

Over the course of the spring 2004 semester, the University of Houston System conducted a strategic planning process. This process was undertaken so that the UH System will be positioned to better serve our students and other constituents in the years ahead.

Through a series of hearings, input was sought from student, faculty, staff and administrative leadership, as well as external stakeholders. An open mike session concluded each hearing, during which the university community and the general public shared their ideas.

A copy of the FY08 STRATEGIC PRINCIPLES and INITIATIVES (updated Feb. 08) is now available. In addition a One Year Progress Report on the Strategic Principles and Initiatives is also available (updated Oct. 07).
